Every journey starts as a dream…
More than two years ago, the journey began at From Dream to Memory and, almost without realizing it, the creature grew, the writing gave it strength and, little by little, it developed its own personality. During this time, not only did the blog evolve, but the person behind it also changed; it went from plural to singular, from tons of ideas bubbling with inspiration to leaving the screen barren, from motivation to the desire to completely close this chest of memories and swallow the key. Yes, this travel blog had its own little identity crisis.
That is why it was time to stop fooling around, take away its pacifier to move forward and start anew. The process has been long, I will not lie to you, but the excitement of taking my creature out for a walk again, putting on its Sunday best and showing it new horizons awakened even more my desire to continue.
Here you have a new design, a new image that I identify with and that reflects the character of both of us, the blog’s and mine. Finally, thanks to Darío from Get a feeling , I have a logo that represents that passion for travel. I am sure that everyone, at least once, even as children, has blown a dandelion with the hope of making a wish come true and then watching as the small seeds traveled through the air.
Besides the logo, there is now a slogan, Emotions that narrate journeys, which captures the essence of this blog full of emotions, moments, snatches of people and all with that light literary feel with which it has always been scented, which doesn’t just explain but narrates every journey.
As a new feature, Postcards a section dedicated to travel photography with three different formats. In The World in 360 Degrees the reader will have an incredible 360-degree, full-screen view of some corners of the planet. A new way to travel which, for the moment, surprises everyone who sees it. Additionally, in Galleries you will find the selections of the best photos. Finally, Instantes will arrive, a page where the most special images will be carefully collected, always with a commentary full of literature.

Of course, there is still the drawer of illusions, where all the destinations I dream of or any other illusion that arises will go, and the drawer of memories, where I keep those short posts that, in just a few lines, recover unforgettable moments from travels.
What do you think of the change?
